Cancellation Policy

Guided tours scheduled via the website, or private tours, take place regardless of weather conditions.

PARIS OFF ROAD reserves the right to cancel one of its tours in case of force majeure, sudden and unforeseeable unavailability of the guide, or insufficient number of participants. In case of cancellation initiated by PARIS OFF ROAD, the company will notify the affected participants by email (via the contact email provided by the client at the time of booking) and proceed with their full refund.

No alternative time slots will be guaranteed in case of a request for modification of the reservation by the client.

Guided tours scheduled via the website or privately, reserved, and paid for, are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Any order canceled by the client will be charged in full.

No refunds will be made in case of non-appearance (no-show) at the location and time of departure for the guided tour. Likewise, the client must arrive at the time indicated on their confirmation email (no later than 15 minutes before the start of the tour). No refund will be made in case of late arrival after the group has departed from the starting point of the guided tour.

Guided tours are conducted on foot. By making the reservation, the client declares for themselves and other participants covered by their reservation, that they are able to follow a group at a normal pace.

The guide leading the guided tours may decide for the safety of the group (intoxicated client, not respecting safety rules, etc.) to ask one or more clients not to participate, or to leave the group during the guided tour. The concerned client(s) must comply without discussion.

A client thus excluded by the guide will not be entitled to any refund.

  • Direct or indirect damages, of any nature whatsoever, that the Client or participants may cause to other participants
  • Damages caused by the Client or participants in museums, monuments, or visited sites.

The client must show respect towards the guide and other participants during the guided tour.

Before departure, the guide will provide safety instructions to be followed throughout the guided tour. The client agrees to scrupulously follow them for the entire duration of the guided tour. During the guided tour, the client agrees to listen to the instructions given by the guide, whether verbal or non-verbal (hand signals, etc.). Throughout the guided tour, the client agrees to respect the French traffic code, including respecting traffic lights, pedestrian crossings, etc. It is prohibited to separate from the group during the guided tour, except in cases of necessity related to the safety of all or part of the group or others, or at the express request of the guide.

The client will be fully responsible if they find themselves in a situation of violation of French law and road safety.

By booking a guided tour, the client:

  • Accepts that any accident that may occur while participating in the guided tour, which could injure or handicap them (including physical, emotional, or mental harm), is in no way the responsibility of PARIS OFF ROAD.
  • Accepts full responsibility for any accidents they may cause to others during a guided tour.

The client declares that they have a valid civil liability insurance policy.
